Repairs
With the high cost of good quality equipment, it doesn’t make sense to throw out tack that might need a repair. We work on all kinds of tack and saddles. Our priority is to perform high quality safe repairs at the lowest possible price. The repair cost usually is far lower than the replacement cost of the item. We can quote repair costs over the phone or by e-mail.Sometimes we need to see the item in order to give an accurate estimate.
Repair work can be dropped off at our Ashby, Ma workshop location. We also accept shippment of repair work via Fed-X and UPS.
Bill Duffy has a long standing relationship with DOVER SADDLERY. Repair work can be dropped off and picked –up at their new england locations.

Engraving
We have in house engraving equipment so that we can customize your halter, lead or tack. As we produce our own plates, we don't have to send out for engraving - adding time to your order and the possibility for mistakes. We only use heavy engraving brass to produce high quality, custom plates. Only heavy solid brass escuteon pins and washers are used to attach them to the halter or tack—They Don’t Fall Off.
